Terms and Conditions

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

      • Gift cards

      • Downloadable software products

      • Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

        • Book with obvious signs of use

        • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

        • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

        • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

      Return and Refund Policy

      Because all products are custom-made upon order, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product. If this occurs, please contact us at ganjaguru.ai@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Attach clear photos and a description of the issue. 

      You are entitled to a replacement or refund only in the case of production errors or misprints. Damage caused by wear and tear or improper use is not covered.

      7. Warranty
      Late or missing refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Gifts

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

      These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website www.ganjaguru.shop. The contract is concluded with:

      Contract Formation

      The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. A binding order is placed when you complete the checkout process. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.


      Shipping and Delivery

      Orders are fulfilled through our Print-on-Demand partner PODpartner. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by region:

      • USA: 3–7 business days
      • Canada: 5–10 business days
      • UK/EU: 5–12 business days

      Delays may occur depending on demand, customs processing, or carrier availability.


      Ownership

      All products remain our property until full payment has been received.


      Liability

      We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We accept no liability for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, these limitations may not apply.


      Data Protection

      Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, process, and store your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).


      Governing Law

      This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Paraguay. For consumers in the USA, Canada, UK or the EU, your local consumer protection rights remain unaffected.


      Changes to Terms

      We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
