Made to Order
All products sold on GanjaGuru.shop are custom printed and made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a quality issue, damage, or production error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any other defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at ganjaguru.ai@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
We will review your request and either issue a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind after production
- Shipping delays caused by courier or customs
- Minor color or print placement variation (within acceptable production tolerances)
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund was approved but you haven’t received it yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted.
